Referee Program
At Fire FC, we believe referees play a vital role in growing the game, and we’re committed to supporting those who step into this important role. Through our Referee Bonus Program, we provide additional incentives and rewards for referees of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re a parent, player, or community member, becoming a referee is a great way to give back, stay involved, and help create a positive soccer experience for everyone.
Fire FC New Referee Bonus Programs
- For adult (18 or older) referees with a child who plays competitive soccer for Fire FC, the club will reimburse referees half of their child’s registration fee upon completion of 10 games working for the club. We will do this every year an adult referees 10 games for the club for club events.
- For teenage referees, the club will pay a one-time $90 bonus, upon completion of 10 games working for the club.
- For parents with players playing u9 -middle school soccer in our recreation league, the club will cover all of your registration fees for each season that you referee 10 games for the club.
- For members of our Adult League. We will cover two seasons of adult per year if you become certified and work 10 games for Fire FC.
- The reimbursement by the club is in addition to whatever you are being paid based on age group, AR or Center, for every game that you work. Working 10 games would amount to $300-$500 in addition to the club cover all or ½ of your registration fees.
